The purpose of this study is to find the correlation between sleep positions and subjective dream quality in teenagers. We can do so by creating a Google Form survey inquiring about sleep habits and sleep positions, collecting data from people aged 13-19, and identifying factors that could affect subjective dream quality in certain sleep positions.
This project was really fun to work on! I collaborated with my friend to make it happen, and it was a very productive way for us to stay connected through the pandemic. The idea for the project first came to us when we were discussing our dreams. As we talked, we started wondering which factors affect dreams and their contents, and the hypothesis that it could be the side on which we sleep arose. As a result, we created the project, and the rest was history!
